Elite Whey protein is a blend of whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed  whey and isolates whey. Proteins are required for muscle maintenance and recovery. Elite Whey protein provides 24g of protein per serving to assist in your recovery.

DIRECIONS

Take one scoop (31g approx.)by mixing it in 200ml of milk or your favourite beverage. mixes easily but for best slubility mix in water , milk and shake for 20 to 30 seconds in a shaker better if mixed.
